Pancake recipe: sliced bananas
- 1/5 liter (500 ml) of milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 4 spoons of sugar (50 gr)
- 15 gr of chemical yeast (2 teaspoons)
- 300 gr of flour (2 full glasses)
- 45 gr of sunflower oil
- 3 Bananas in thin slices.
How is your preparation(pancake recipe): First we beat the eggs mixing with milk, add the salt, sugar and sifted flour with a little yeast (usually there are flours that already contemplate the yeast). We return to beat with all the added ingredients, mixing everything, and then once with all the unified ingredients, the oil is added stirring the whole dough.
Second, heat the pan well and add a little oil, just for the first pancake so it does not stick to it. Then for the following pancakes, it is no longer necessary to spread the oil.
Then we pour the dough already made with all the ingredients, covering the entire surface of the pan, leaving it a few moments before turning and cooking the other side. You can also add slices of bananas thus giving pancakes with bananas, remaining delicious.
