-2 cups of flour

  • First, heat the oven to 350 F.
  • Take one large bowl, place all the ingredients together along with the flour, and mix them together.
  • In a blender mix the egg along with the bananas, greek yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla extract and the coconut oil. After you finish up with blending them pour them and mix them with the bowl with dry ingredients in it.
  • In a pan place the pour the cake batter and bake for 30 minutes. After this, let the cake cool in the pan.
  • While cooling, start with making the frosting. Using a mixer, mix all the ingredients needed for the whipped cream. At the end add the vanilla extract.
