Homemade bread

Needed ingredients:

  • One and a half kilograms of flour
  • Teaspoon of salt
  • Teaspoon of soda
  • Warmed water

Preparation:

Add flour in deep container, make hole in middle of flour and add soda, salt and little bit of water there. Use your hands for mixing it up while you adding water slowly. Your goal is to mix dough in a way so you don’t make it too hard or too soft. After you get wanted mixture, make shape of bread you want, coat it with oil and poke it with fork on couple of places, after that bake it in oven on 220 degrees of Celsius until it get gold-yellow color. Use knife to check if the bread is ready. Just make cuts and you will see if it is baked enough.

Aromatic bread

Needed ingredients:

  • 500 g of white flour
  • 250 of black flour
  • Two teaspoons of salt
  • Three spoons of dried basil
  • Pack of fresh yeast(or dry yeast)
  • Teaspoon of sugar
  • 1 dl of oil

Preparation:

First mix flour with sugar and water. After that mix mixture you got with salt, basil, yeast and water. Cover dough with wet cloth and wait until grow up. Then make shape of bread you want and bake it in baking tray with oil. Put baking tray in oven on 150 degrees of Celsius and wait for 30 minutes.

Turkish pie with spinach

Needed ingredients:

  • 1 kg of flour
  • One spoon of salt
  • 5 dl of water
  • 500 g of spinach
  • Two eggs
  • 200-300 g of cheese
  • Oil

Preparation:

Put 800 g of flour in container, add salt and mix up dough with warmed water. Other 200 g of flour you should use for dropping it on desktop. Dough should be soft. Until dough is resting you should clean spinach and chop it. Drop a little bit of other 200 g of flour on desktop and put the dough on it. Make 12 little pieces from dough. You should to stretch each of pieces, 6 of them coat by oil, and cover them with other 6. You do this one by one, when you cover first piece with other, gather them together in one piece. Cover it all by cloth and leave it for 20 minutes. After that you should stretch each of pieces again. Make sure that you stretched it as much as you can. Again do it one by one. While it is stretched, sprinkle dough with oil and add fill. Here is how you make fill. Add cleaned spinach to one container and add legs, cheese and if necessary add a little bit of salt. Mix all this up and put it on each piece. Once you sprinkled piece with oil and with fill, roll it in kind of tube. Do it with each piece. Coat oven with oil and set these rolls in oven and bake it until it get color. Make sure that you don’t bake it for too long. You can eat Turkish pie with yogurt.

Donuts

Needed ingredients:

  • 400 ml of milk
  • 50 ml of oil
  • 40 g of yeast
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 spoon of sugar
  • Half of teaspoon of salt
  • 700 g of flour

Preparation:

Add crumbled yeast and sugar in container and mix it up. Add 350 g of flour and again mix it up, it is recommended to use mixer or some other tool. Now add oil, scrambled eggs and salt. Mix it together. Add rest of flour and now mix it with spoon. You are supposed to get soft and sticky dough. Use spoon do level top of dough, drop a little of flour on it and leave it for 30 minutes. It should be bigger two times after 30 minutes. Add a little bit of flour on desktop and drop dough on it. Use shape tools to make shapes you want. Before putting these shapes anywhere you need to add a little bit of flour on top of surface so you will not have problems with sticky dough. Leave these still unbaked donuts for 20 minutes. You should warm oil in pan. Fry donuts one by one side, when you done with frying donuts, put donuts in basket, but first put napkin in basket, so you don’t have problem with oil. In the end add a little bit of sugar on top of donuts and enjoy!

Corn bread

Needed ingredients:

  • Corn flour
  • Salt
  • Water
  • Baking powder

Preparation:

Add warm water in flour, first you have to dissolve baking powder in water. Now add one teaspoon of salt in floor. You are supposed to get very soft dough almost fluent. Add it mixture in baking tray and put it in oven. You need to warm oven for 15-20 minutes first. After baking it, you can eat it with yogurt.
