It is recommended to not eat too caloric food before sleep. If you can, make a gap of 2 to 3 hours between meal and time when you go to bed. Here are some interesting choices for you, very easy to prepare and not too much caloric.

Savory snack

Needed ingredients:

  • salami – 400 grams
  • green olives – 200 grams
  • cherry tomato – 100 grams
  • salt
  • cheese
  • olive oil
  • pepper
  • sticks for meat

Preparation:

Cut salami on tiny discs. Dice the cheese in that way so you make little dices. Halve cherry tomato and olives. Take one part of salami disc and hook it on stick, then hook one half of cherry tomato, olive and cheese. After that take other part of salami disc and hook it so you close stick in a way. Before serving meal overflow food by olive oil and spice up however you want. That’s it. You got your dinner quickly and easy and you don’t have to care about calories.

Bruschetti with dried tomatoes, cheese and wienerwurst

You need following ingredients:

  • toast cheese 1 pack
  • cheese 100 g
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • dried tomato 100 g
  • wienerwurst 1 pack
  • pepper

Preparation:

Cut the toast cheese on the triangles. Cut wienerwurst and dried tomato into small cubes. After completing previous step, set what you got on top of toast cheese. Smash cheese and add it on toast cheese, after that overflow it with olive oil and put it all together in oven and let it brown it for short time. After finishing browning, spice up as you want and serve the dinner. You got small snack to hunger yourself.

Risotto with saffron

Needed ingredients:

  • rice 240 g
  • olive oil 0,3 dl
  • pancetta 100 g
  • butter 50 g
  • white wine 1 dl
  • pepper
  • onion 2 pieces
  • saffron
  • water 1 l
  • parmesan 50 g
  • salt

Preparation:

Braise onion in deep bowl with oil, after some time add rice and glaze it, but be careful, you don’t want your rice and onion get brown. Add saffron previously drawn in cup of hot water. Add little bit of wine and keep stirring your ingredients in bowl.

You have to cook risotto constantly and you have to add water in small doses. When rice get 90 percent cooked, add last dose of water, after some time move bowl from cooker, spice it up according your taste. You can add cut parmesan, butter and to mix it all together, cover bowl and let it stay like that for couple of minutes. Bake pancetta in order to make it crispy, and put it over risotto. You got your meal; it is very tasty and easy.

Croissants

This is maybe just little bit harder but it will pay off, and you can serve this meal for whole family.

You need following ingredients:

  • 500 g of flour
  • 1 pack of baking powder
  • 1 pack of dry yeast
  • 2 dl of warm milk
  • 1 dl of oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 full spoons of sour cream
  • Eggs and sesame if you want to coat croissants

Preparation:

First melt yeast in milk, then in other container add flour, baking powder and mix it together. After that add milk with yeast in container with flour and stir it up. When you get this new mixture add salt, oil and 2 spoons of sour cream. Chop dough (take care that you don’t get too soft, or too hard mixture, if needed add more flour). Unfurl dough into circle, cut it on triangles, and make shape of croissants. Once you got your croissants put them into baking tray, but before it plate the tray with baking paper. Turn oven on 180 degrees of Celsius, wait until oven get warmed enough. When oven is warmed enough coat croissants with eggs, sesame or with something else, or if you want leave it like that. Bake croissants for 15 minutes

Piroshky

Here is another pasta meal you can eat for dinner. It is recommended to not overdone in the meal, while it is a bit stronger than previous meals.

Needed ingredients:

  • 400 g of flour
  • 500 g of cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 pack of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • Oil

Preparation:

Put flour and baking powder in container, and after that add eggs, salt and cheese. Chop dough, unfurl dough in circle and cut it into shapes you want. Bake it in warmed oil until they become gold-yellow. Serve Piroshky with yogurt.
