It is recommended to have a mixer or electric mixer, for a matter of mixing in a simple way without much work, of course it can be done manually. Incorporate the eggs in a vols, beat until the whole yolk is unified and there we are incorporating the milk and flour, slowly and dusting the entire surface of the mixture of eggs.
We are beating slowly so that the ingredients are unified and do not form lumps. Then we need a pancake or frying pan, already hot in its stove, of classic size in the shape of a dish. We need a spoon to pour in the pan a fair amount and so on each pancake, something like 40cc capacity.
Before preparing the first pancake it is advisable to go through the pan, a bit of butter so that it does not stick to it and thus be able to turn the pancake for cooking.
Once the mixture is placed in the pan, let it cook until golden, and then turn it in the other direction with a spoon or spatula to turn it without problem.
Once we go grabbing the hand and we are looser, we can make a small jump of the pancake to cook it on the other side, and then we withdraw it to a plate, stacking each pancake one on top of the other.
