  • 1/5 liter (500 ml) of milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 4 spoons of sugar (50 gr)
  • 15 gr of chemical yeast (2 teaspoons)

  • 3 bananas cut into thin slices.


I buy fresh milk and after a couple of days stored in the fridge it is cut naturally, if you do not have milk cut, can you change it for liquid yogurt, kefir or curd?

Preparation: Beat the eggs with the milk, add salt, sugar and flour sifted with yeast. Beat everything again, and finally add oil stirring.

Put the mix of cheese and eggs on top in middle of each of disks. Fold disks of dough in that way so you get semicircle. Press the edges with fork. Whisk one egg with teaspoon of water and pour with get mixture on semicircles. Put them in baking tray, use baking paper. Put sesame on top of pie. Bake it for 15 minutes, until top of pie doesn’t get red and glossy.

  • 230 g of flour
  • 400 g of apples
  • 10 spoons of brown sugar, or just a sugar
  • Half cup of oil(coconut oil or any other, it is your choice)
  • Half cup of oat flakes

Set the temperature of oven on 180 degrees of Celsius. Put baking paper in oval baking tray, with radius of 20 cm. Add 170 g of flour, 3 spoons of sugar, ¼ teaspoon of cinnamon and little bit of salt in big container. Whisk it well. After that, add ¼ of cup of oil and 2 spoons of water and whisk it again until you get compact mass. Move it in tray, take care that you collocated mass evenly. Now you should make fill. Cut apples into thin slices and mix it with sugar. Add it on previous layer in tray. Now whisk in container following ingredients: half of cup of oat flakes, 60 g of flour, 6 spoons of sugar, ¼ of cup of oil and little bit of salt. After you whisked it well, pour it on top of baking tray, this should be your third layer. Bake it for 50 minutes, or until apples don’t become soft. Enjoy your desert!

Needed ingredients:

  • 125 g of butter
  • 120 g of black chocolate
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup (250 ml) of sugar
  • 1 cup (250 ml) of flour
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice


Set the temperature of oven on 180 degrees of Celsius. Lubricate baking tray (20x20cm). Melt chocolate and butter on low temperature. Separate egg white from yolk. Whisk yolk, vanilla extract and sugar until mixture become creamy and wan. Add flour, whisk it and add melted chocolate with butter and warm milk. Mix it all together. In other container you should to whisk egg whites with lemon juice until they don’t become hard. Carefully add egg whites to chocolate mixture by using spatula. Pour what you get in tray and bake it for 15 minutes on 180 degrees of Celsius. Now you should reduce the temperature to the 150 degrees and to bake it for next 30 minutes. Wait 10 minutes before you take cookie from the oven. Cool cookie outside of oven and put it in fridge. After it gets cold you can serve it.

Needed ingredients:

  • 2 chicken fillets
  • 1 Onions
  • Half of piece of onion
  • 1 small chopped carrot
  • Dried cranberry
  • 2 spoons of fresh chopped parsley
  • Chopped almond
  • Topping: 180 g of mayonnaise, 3 spoons of Greek yogurt, 3 spoons of white wine’s vinegar and salt or pepper


Leave aside a little bit of chopped onions and almond for decoration. In big container you should add following: carrot, onions, cranberry, almond, yogurt and mayonnaise. Now whisk it all well. Add 3 spoons of vinegar and mix it together. Add finely chopped chicken, add a little bit of pepper or salt (it is up to you), and mix it again. If you want more of topping, add one or two spoons of yogurt and mayonnaise. Decorate salad with onions and almond.

  • 500 g of minced meat
  • 1 cup(250 ml) of rice
  • 1 average piece of onion
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 450 ml of mashed tomato
  • 1 red and 1 green paprika

Finely chop onion and stew it in big pot. Add minced meat and stew it too, until it becomes brown. Add chopped tomato, paprika, rice, mashed tomato, 3 cups of water and spices. Risotto with saffron

  • rice 240 g
  • olive oil 0,3 dl
  • pancetta 100 g
  • butter 50 g

Unfurl dough into circle, cut it on triangles, and make shape of croissants. Once you got your croissants put them into baking tray, but before it plate the tray with baking paper. Turn oven on 180 degrees of Celsius, wait until oven get warmed enough. When oven is warmed enough coat croissants with eggs, sesame or with something else, or if you want leave it like that. Bake croissants for 15 minutes

You should to stretch each of pieces, 6 of them coat by oil, and cover them with other 6. You do this one by one, when you cover first piece with other, gather them together in one piece. Cover it all by cloth and leave it for 20 minutes. After that you should stretch each of pieces again. Make sure that you stretched it as much as you can. Again do it one by one. While it is stretched, sprinkle dough with oil and add fill. Here is how you make fill. Add cleaned spinach to one container and add legs, cheese and if necessary add a little bit of salt. Mix all this up and put it on each piece. Once you sprinkled piece with oil and with fill, roll it in kind of tube. Do it with each piece. Coat oven with oil and set these rolls in oven and bake it until it get color. Make sure that you don’t bake it for too long. You can eat Turkish pie with yogurt.

  • On floured work surface, place 1 rectangle of pie crust. Flour the dough and roll it into 12×10 inch rectangle, but make sure you flour enough so you can prevent from sticking.
  • Wrap the dough around the rolling pin and transfer to half of 15 x 10 inch rimmed baking sheet. Place the 10 inch side of the dough along the longest side of the pan.
  • The remaining piece of dough needs to be rolled and then the place the other half on the baking sheet.
  • Crimp and press all the edges to create rim.
  • After you are finished cover it with large sheet of paper and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Then, remove the paper and bake another 10 minutes.
  • During the baking time, in medium bowl cook the pumpkin and ginger for 10 minutes. In another bowl add all of the rest ingredients, mix them and then add the pumpkin mixture.
  • After everything is done, make sure to cool completely before cutting into pieces.

  • 20 minutes before your sauce is done, boil the pasta and drain well.
