- 1/5 liter (500 ml) of milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 4 spoons of sugar (50 gr)
- 15 gr of chemical yeast (2 teaspoons)
- 300 gr of flour (2 full glasses)
- 45 gr of sunflower oil
- 3 bananas cut into thin slices.
I buy fresh milk and after a couple of days stored in the fridge it is cut naturally, if you do not have milk cut, can you change it for liquid yogurt, kefir or curd?
